Jarred Shima, Helpdesk Analyst.
Jarred graduated in 2003 from the Southern Alberta Institute of
Technology (SAIT) with two Diplomas, Computer Control
Technology and Computer Technology.
Over the past 4 years, he has written Visual Basic computer
programs for several different companies. These programs
include client profile databases, inventory programs with
shipping and receiving capabilities, and employee timesheets.
He worked for Convergys as a Technical Support agent as well
as a Peer Support agent for Comcast, an Internet Service
Provider, delivering telephone support to troubleshoot
connectivity issues with Windows and Macintosh operating
systems. His previous experience in the hospitality industry
makes him an excellent communicator.

Computer Technology, Jarred is currently preparing for his MCP
certification.
